I’m Gamal Oakey, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist based in Phoenix, AZ. I specialize in helping athletes, combat sport practitioners, and active adults move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level. My approach combines hands-on manual therapy, Fascial Manipulation®, dry needling, and evidence-based rehab and performance training.
